We’re searching for a motivated and proactive individual eager to kickstart their career in customer service and operational support. As an apprentice, you’ll learn the skills needed to onboard vendors effectively, ensuring they have a seamless experience and are set up for success on our platform.

Role Overview

The Vendor Onboarding Executive will guide vendors through the onboarding process, from initial registration to being fully operational on Sportona’s platform. You’ll be the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring their journey is smooth and their needs are met. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist vendors in creating and completing their profiles on the platform.
  • Guide vendors through the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and timely support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any onboarding challenges vendors may face.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor queries or concerns.
  • Ensure vendor profiles meet Sportona’s quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the onboarding process.
  • Build positive relationships with vendors, creating a foundation for long-term collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and progress in the onboarding journey.
